Instant Mobile Alerts for New Leads, Form Submissions and Appointments#2764

It would be really helpful if TribSpot could offer an option for users to receive an instant mobile alert when an important event happens in their account.

For example, when someone completes an opt-in form, sends a contact form, books an appointment, places an order, makes a payment, or sends a chat message.

Many business owners are not always in front of their computer or logged into the platform. An instant alert on their mobile phone would help them see a new lead immediately and respond while that person is still interested.

One especially valuable feature would be to display the new lead’s phone number directly in the alert, with an option to tap the number and call the person immediately.

For example:

New Lead Received
John Smith completed your “Free Guide” opt-in form.
Phone: +27 82 123 4567
Tap to call John or view the new contact in CRM.

This would save valuable time. Instead of receiving an email, opening the CRM, searching for the new contact, and then finding their phone number, the business owner could contact the lead straight away.

Fast follow-up is important because a person is often most interested immediately after completing a form. Being able to call or contact them within minutes could help businesses avoid missed opportunities and improve lead conversion.

The notification method could be designed in whichever way works best for TribSpot — for example through a future TribSpot mobile app, WhatsApp, Pushover, email-to-push, or another suitable solution.

It could be useful if users were able to choose:

Which events should send an alert
Who should receive the alert
Different alerts for leads, bookings, orders and payments
The lead’s name, phone number and email address in the alert
A tap-to-call option for new leads
A custom notification title or message
A quick link that opens the relevant contact, booking, order or conversation in the CRM

This could make TribSpot even more convenient as an all-in-one platform, help users respond faster, and ensure that valuable leads do not get missed.
