Update wording on Community Sign up Page#2768

It would be great to have the option to login/register on the community page as currently if you have access and enrolled in a circle, it says Signup which is confusing language for customers/members when they’ve purchased or already signedup.

Having it either say both Sign up or Log in like it does on the system login page would be much easier. Or have the option to choose what’s the default too like on the system member login page.
