Make New Testimonial Widget Image optional#2778

I like the new testimonial widgets, however all of them you HAVE to have images which is a little frustrating as often it’s just text based. Therefore it would be great to be able to turn off the stars and image to stil keep the designed style but add text based testimonials in.
