Comments threads are so important…also comments notifications

Comment notifications are vital! I do like the blog now; but If i can’t get notified of pending commments or if someone replies, it’s bad form, makes it seem like i don’t care about my readers & clients.

Save post templates from existing post/page layout design. If after a page is designed it can be saved as a template to be used for future posts.

Comment notifications are critical… if visitors don’t have the option to be notified when someone responds, they will never know that someone responded. Expecting anyone to bookmark and to comeback and check is VERY wishful thinking… just ain’t gonna happen.

Here is a wish list for comments.
Ability to have comments threads. The comment form should have additionally a name box and email box for someone to leave name and email but saying that his email will not be published.
Ability of notifications to poster ( once post approved ) and admin ( once someone comments).
Ability to have a checkbox in the first comment to the poster to subscribe to the replies so once admin or anyone replies to poster’s comment, he is notified in email with a link to visit the comments.
Ability to have a SPAM protection for comments.
Optionally and if possible , ability for someone to subscribe to all comments ( even from others) on the post. But if this feature is implemented, then there should be a way for the person to unsubscribe from the comments if he wishes to at any time.

Yes yes yes to everything Mfaisalk said … PLUS allow us to add full commenting functionality on regular Pages in addition to blog Posts.

Basic text and button styling needed… Can not match the blog to a designed site…

Ability to copy directly from a word or google doc file (control -c + control + v) without all the nasty microsoft html.
The wordpress gutenburg editor has this now, and saves a stack of time! I would no longer need a VA to do it, as it only takes a couple of minuties to do a blog post.

I hate not being able to copy and paste into the editor and keep formatting!
